TurboFiller is a high capacity induction hopper which makes the filling of chemicals fast and easy. The unique TurboDeflector creates a powerful liquid circulation in the hopper and mixes all types of chemicals quickly and safely

Features may include:

SelfSteer is coupled on the tractor’s 3-point hitch and gives a better tracking on headland.

SelfSteer is a simple mechanical steering system with low maintenance and no operation or setting required by the operator during the spray job.

SelfSteer can be equipped with slope correction. Slope correction is manually operated directly from the tractor’s hydraulics and helps the SelfSteer to stay in the tramline also in hilly conditions.

Fast and efficient mixing

The HARDI TurboFiller is developed to handle large quantities of powders and liquids. Its high capacity is achieved through a combination of high vacuum and liquid rotation produced by a TurboDeflector inside the hopper.

Liquid at high pressure is being used to create a powerful rotation inside the hopper. The rotational movement powerfully mixes powders and liquids as they are drawn into the sprayer. The highest capacity is achieved when the TurboFiller is more than half-filled with water.

A large external ejector system creates a powerful vacuum that transfers powders and liquid directly into the tank.

A cleaning lance is fitted as standard on the TurboFiller. This trigger valve with 1 m hose can be used for flushing the hopper or filling liquid into a container.

Strong, simple and steady

The PRO series will suit farmers looking for a regular but high-performing boom. An integrated lattice steel structure offers strength and rigidity for steady boom movement and application precision, even in challenging terrain. This hydraulic boom is easy to operate and requires little maintenance. Trapeze suspension increases lifespan and boom stability.

The PRO boom is available in two models – a standard VHY model driven by tractor hydraulics and an upgraded VHZ model operated by electro-hydraulics, directly controlled via a compact panel in the tractor cabin.
