Intuitive manifold

The liquid system is easily controlled from the centrally located manifold. Its colour-coded and logically positioned valve controls make it easy to start up and operate, thereby reducing workload and the risk of making errors.

Integrated in the chassis, the QuickHitch secures easy and safe category 2-coupling to the tractor. The QuickHitch locks the sprayer in place with safety hooks at the lower coupling points.

Made of high impact polyethylene for durability, the main tank is designed with no sharp corners and a deep sump for efficient agitation, easy flushing and complete emptying.

Equipped with a durable, chemical and weather-resistant electrostatic lacquer coat and corrosion-resistant DELTA-MAGNI treated screws, nuts and bolts.

Fast and efficient mixing

The HARDI TurboFiller is developed to handle large quantities of powders and liquids. Its high capacity is achieved through a combination of high vacuum and liquid rotation produced by a TurboDeflector inside the hopper.

Liquid at high pressure is being used to create a powerful rotation inside the hopper. The rotational movement powerfully mixes powders and liquids as they are drawn into the sprayer. The highest capacity is achieved when the TurboFiller is more than half-filled with water.

A large external ejector system creates a powerful vacuum that transfers powders and liquid directly into the tank.

A cleaning lance is fitted as standard on the TurboFiller. This trigger valve with 1 m hose can be used for flushing the hopper or filling liquid into a container.
